Guardian does not provide emergency medical services. Call 911 in an emergency.
Requests are not confirmations
Submitting a form, text message or voicemail does not create a confirmed reservation. A trip is confirmed only after Guardian communicates availability, pricing and acceptance directly.
Availability and pricing
All service is subject to route, timing, requested vehicle, provider availability and final agreement. Prices may change if trip details change.
Accurate information
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, timing, mobility and contact information. Special assistance needs must be disclosed before confirmation.
Third-party providers
Transportation may be coordinated through qualified independent transportation partners. Guardian may act as a coordination and dispatch service depending on the request.
Cancellations
Cancellation, waiting-time, no-show and payment terms will be communicated before a trip is confirmed.
