Information not requested
Do not submit diagnoses, detailed medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers or payment-card information through the public website.
Sharing
Information may be shared with transportation partners or service providers only as reasonably necessary to evaluate or coordinate a requested trip, or when required by law.
Security and retention
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website or electronic communication method is completely secure. Information is retained only as necessary for operations, legal obligations and dispute resolution.
